Our 4th of July

ur 4th was enjoyable. We all talked about our Freedom and how life would be if we didn't have it. We are very thankful for what we have and for what our Servicemen are doing for us to protect it all. The Girls played in the pool; I got some loads of laundry and cleaning done; hubby got some time to relax, and we finished it off with dinner and fireworks at my parents' house. The girls did the whole dinner with my Dad and surprised us with homemade decorated brownies. Way too cute. Check them out.

It looks like you and your family had a blast! that firecracker with the orange smoke coming out of it looks cool--what is that? It is neat that your family talks about freedom and what "4th of July" is all about. I think we tend to forget why we are celebrating.

Love the sparklers! And the big brownie! And the orange smoke bomb makes a great picture! What a festive show. Thanks for sharing!
